These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ammò mobile application, the MyMultiverse website, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Roberto Cornano, trading as MyMultiverse (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, installing the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ammò helps households coordinate shared grocery lists, weekly meal plans, and member invitations. Features may change over time. Beta or preview features may be incomplete or withdrawn without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One household membership per user at a time, subject to product rules.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18, or 16+ with parental consent where applicable).

3. Household roles and content

  • Household owners and admins may invite members and assign roles (admin, editor, viewer).
  • Editors may modify shared nutrition data; viewers have read-only access.
  • You are responsible for content you add to a household and for obtaining consent from people you invite.
  • Leaving a household or deleting your account is subject to in-app rules (e.g. owners must transfer or dissolve).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate law or others’ rights.
  • Upload malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to use.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except where law permits.
  • Impersonate MyMultiverse, Ammò, or another person.
  • Use the Service to provide competing benchmarking or resell access without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

5. Intellectual property ownership

The Service and all related intellectual property — including the MyMultiverse and Ammò names, logos, visual design (“Napolitan Heart”), software, documentation, and website content — are owned by Roberto Cornano (MyMultiverse) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except for the limited licence below, no rights are granted to you. Public attribution of contributors (e.g. product direction credit) does not imply co-ownership or a licence to our marks.

6. Licence to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Ammò app and access the website for your household’s lawful, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or our branding without prior written consent.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of grocery lists, meal plans, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide licence to host, store, sync, display, and process User Content solely to operate the Service for your household and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to share User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.

8. AI assistant disclaimer

Ammò includes a local nutrition assistant that generates suggestions on your device. AI output is informational only — not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, and health decisions independently. We are not liable for reliance on AI suggestions.

9. Third-party services

Sign-in (Google, Apple), hosting, email, and push providers are governed by their own terms. Your use of those services is at your discretion and subject to their policies.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBERTO CORNANO (MYMULTIVERSE) AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) EUR 50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roberto Cornano (MyMultiverse) from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. We will post the current version on this page.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Barcelona shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
